These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StoraiVideo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

StoraiVideo provides tools for AI-assisted short video creation, including story ideation, script generation, character creation, audio generation, video generation, and project management. Some features may be experimental, limited, delayed, or unavailable.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share, sell, or misuse your account.

Credits and Paid Features

StoraiVideo may use credits to meter generation features. Free credits, promotional credits, and paid credits may have expiration dates, usage limits, and feature restrictions. Paid checkout may not be available at all times. When paid features are enabled, payment terms shown at checkout will apply.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the output generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant StoraiVideo the rights needed to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs do not violate laws, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use StoraiVideo to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Generate, upload, or distribute harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal content
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, credit limits, or access controls
• Interfere with the service or use automated abuse methods
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

AI Output

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before using, publishing, or commercializing it.

Availability

We work to keep StoraiVideo reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free generation, or that any output will meet your expectations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for StoraiVideo or others, or are required to be restricted by law or service provider rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoraiVideo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
